PERSONAL BIOGRAPHY

I am a longtime Alaskan who loves all that this state has to offer.  My favorite times are when I am out hunting or fishing, or achieving the high mark on the side of a mountain with my snowmachine.  In the summer I love riding my motorcycle, or jet skiing around our local lakes with my family.

I have been married for 26years, and we are the proud parents of 7 children.  Family and home are my greatest source of happiness and satisfaction.  I love to watch my children as they play soccer, sing in the choir, and all of the other many activities they are involved in.  We love to travel as a family, and treasure the memories of our various trips. 

I am also devoted to my church, and living the gospel of Jesus Christ.  Living the principles I believe in is part of who I am, and a large part of the fabric that holds my family together. 

Being involved in the community has always been important to me.  You can find my family picking up trash on clean up day, running in the Midnight Sun Run, supporting local causes, and participating in numerous ways to make our community a better place for everyone.
